Please read the additional info sections before ordering. If you would like a preview of the image, please email BEFORE placing an order. Previews including 1 edit, if needed, may be invoiced via email at an additional $5 charge. Maximum print area is 8.5x10.5", if you send a full sheet for print it will be sized at 8.5x10.5 please be sure your images fall within the print area. In an effort of completing orders in a timely fashion, for specified themes a general picture of my choice that best fits theme choice will be used if no image is emailed within 24 hours.

We do NOT accept any returns on edible images or drink toppers.
Please provide a clear workable picture for your custom edible images. If you would like words or names on your images please disclose it in the section provided. Please check the spelling to ensure all information is correct. If you would like free text on your images, please list the text in the provided box. Custom Images need to be emailed to kreativesweetsandkrafts@gmail.com AFTER purchasing with details. 2 designs max per sheet, unless a full pre-designed file is sent. All custom full 8.5x11 pages will be sized at 8.5x11 inches unless specified in email. Please include your name and order number in the email. We offer custom sizes that are not listed; please reach out via email to check the availability. Drink/jello toppers are made of different edible material, so please be sure to choose the correct item for appropriate use.
All custom edible image reuests take 1-3 days to process. Shipments for edible images go out Monday-Saturday a should arrive within 2-5 days after processing time (8 days total excluding Sundays). We are not responsible for any postal delays that are beyond our control. We take pride in providing quality products. However, we are not repsonsible for any damages occured during transit. All items are carefully counted several times and inspected before shiping. Please reach out to the proper postal provider in regards to damaged packages.
